Join us for our final 2020 Crossover Session, "Trade." In this session, our speakers will discuss global marketing dynamics and opportunities in the grain, ethanol and red meat markets. The U.S. Grains Council and U.S. Meat Export Federation work on behalf of Kansas farmers, ranchers and agribusinesses who market their agricultural products around the world.
The U.S. Meat Export Federation will talk about how their international marketing activities have adapted to COVID-19 and their outlook for red meat exports in the second half of this year. They will also discuss progress under the new U.S.-Japan Trade Agreement and the Phase One agreement with China as well as efforts to identify and develop new markets such as Sub-Saharan Africa.
The panelists for this discussion will include Joe Schuele from the U. S. Meat Export Federation and Cary Sifferath from the U.S. Grains Council. Florentino Lopez from the United Sorghum Checkoff will moderate the session.
